North Coast Element is a creative and passionate design studio, specialising in Building Design and Interior Design. North Coast Element is based in Kingscliff, on the beautiful North Coast of New South Wales.

Ximena Venegas graduated with a Bachelor of Architecture from Mayor University of Chile in 2004. She continued her studies of Sustainable Architecture at Catholic University of Chile. Ximena has extensive experience in the design of residential buildings, retail and office fit-outs.
