A contemporary dual-occupancy project designed for flexible living. The two-storey home and integrated granny flat share a cohesive, modern aesthetic with a light coastal palette and simple forms.

The design focuses on natural light, cross-ventilation, and seamless indoor–outdoor connection, with covered outdoor areas suited to the local climate. Durable, low-maintenance materials are balanced with warm finishes to create a comfortable and practical living environment.
